Hi, welcome to my little art world. I’m Nicole Estes, and my journey as an artist began when I was about 14 years old. Growing up, I was artistically inspired by my father, an accomplished watercolor artist. His influence sparked my lifelong passion for art, and I’ve since explored various mediums, including acrylics, watercolors, charcoals, and gouache. Recently, I’ve also delved into the world of digital art, which has been an exciting addition to my creative repertoire.
During college, I worked as an Art Rep for my dad, managing his art studios and gaining valuable experience in the art world. I hold a degree in education with a minor in art, which reflects my dedication to both teaching and creativity. After college, I taught 2nd and 4th grade, but eventually transitioned to focus on my family and art full-time.
In addition to creating art, I’ve owned a stationery business for several years, which allowed me to combine my artistic skills with practical applications. I also enjoy cooking, sewing, and volunteering.
I’ve been married to my best friend, Steve, for 30 years. We have an amazing family with two daughters and one son-in-law. I’m also a dog mom to my two precious dachshunds, Cocoa and Piper.
Thank you for visiting my website. I hope you enjoy my artwork!
